Can buyers picture themselves enjoying game night in your living space, unwinding in your master bedroom or getting work done in your home office? I want your home to pleasantly accept buyers and give them a sense of easy living. I'll help you do this by recommending small improvements that enhance your house's features. I'll advise you eliminate anything that gives the impression of clutter. Tabletops should be free and clear. Kitschy sculptures, sentimental items, family photos, and play time drawings should get moved out of sight. I can help you de-clutter your house. Ugly or cluttered spots make your home feel less spacious and buyers have a harder time seeing themselves calling your property "home".

I know exactly what a room's best characteristics are and how to show them off. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet needing to be changed, fixtures that could use polishing, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively impact the sale.
